Return & Refund Policy

Pre-order items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable once the pre-order window has closed and production has been confirmed. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you must contact us before the pre-order closes at yesyes@wakingdreams.co.

In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after receipt.

To initiate a return, contact us at yesyes@wakingdreams.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
